- Unlimited Shore Diving — Your Week, Your Schedule
Your adventure includes 5–6 days of unlimited shore diving, starting Sunday and running through Thursday/Friday. With Bonaire’s iconic yellow rock markers guiding the way, you’ll explore the island’s underwater world exactly how you want to:
- Dive early, dive late, dive 4 times a day—it's your call.
- Follow your curiosity along colorful walls and coral gardens.
- Join your YAY Scuba trip leader for guided dives if you’d like a buddy or pro-level site selection.
With 100+ ft of visibility, 80°F / 26°C water, and barely-there currents, Bonaire is perfect for new divers, experienced explorers, and underwater photographers of all levels.
Your Home Base: Buddy Dive Resort
We’ll be staying at Buddy Dive Resort, one of the most beloved dive resorts in the Caribbean. Your accommodations may include studio, single-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom apartments—great for friends, dive buddies, or families.
Each room comes with its own pickup truck, giving you total independence to explore the island’s 60+ shore dive sites on your own schedule. Load up tanks, grab your buddy, and go!

- FREE Nitrox for certified Nitrox divers
Not Nitrox certified yet? No worries—get certified before the trip or we can teach you right on the island so you can enjoy longer, safer dives all week.

Meals & Group Fun
Breakfast is included every morning at Buddy Dive—with eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, and that essential pre-dive coffee hit.
The rest of the island is yours to taste. Bonaire is packed with fantastic restaurants just minutes away. During the week, YAY Scuba will host at least two group dinners, perfect for sharing stories, planning dives, and celebrating your week in paradise.
Level Up Your Skills in the Best Classroom on Earth
Bonaire is a dream location to:

Learn about turtles and Manta rays
As part of our Bonaire adventure, we’re adding something truly special for the whole family! We’ll be teaming up with the Bonaire Sea Turtle Conservancy and the Manta Ray Conservation Project to learn more about these amazing ocean creatures. During the trip, you’ll get to enjoy two fun and engaging talks. One about the sea turtles that nest along Bonaire’s shores, and another about the gentle manta rays that glide through the Caribbean. It’s a wonderful chance to hear their stories, discover how scientists and locals are working to protect them, and be inspired by the role we can all play in keeping the ocean a safe home for these incredible animals.
